TRANSFER AND SUSTAINABILITY STRATEGIES AND SERVICES
Our programs offer you and your organization predictable and sustainable results. In order to ensure transfer of learning and sustainability over time, Lant & Associates, Inc. designs programs based on our proprietary Circular Learning Theory.
